Here is a video from a trail run we did in Big River on 1/28/12. This was the second attempt with the GoPro. I think this one came out better than the first one. For some reason the quality isn't that great on YouTube, but enjoy!!
We vary it up a bit. But lately we have been running around 10 miles and depending on the group of people that are there the pace will vary as well. We are usually anywhere from 730-830...we try to stay together because not everyone knows where we are going and sometimes we explore and don't have a plan before we start.
